How To Create New User, Organizational Unit In Active Directory

Create Users, Groups And Organizational Unit in Active Directory Windows Server 2008

After installing Active Directory, Active Directory Users And Computers will be showing under Administrative Tool.

Open Active Directory Users And Computers, below window will be open here dcops.com domain is created, under this domain  Builtin, Computers, Domain Controller and User  organizational unit by default created.

In below windows some default groups are created under Builtin OU

Below is computer OU, you can add computers manually with host name or when you join the domain of client computer, computer will automatically add on this OU

Below window showing Domain Controller OU, here primary Domain Controller is showing

Below is User OU, here we can create New Users for our domain

After select New User Creation option below information required window will be open, fill all details and click on Next and type password for this user.

You can reset password follow bellow option

You can create New Organizational Unit through right click on your domain and follow below, here i am creating MY USER OU in my domain.

Here MY USER OU is created, you can move any user or computer in this Organizational Unit, Now i am moving one user in this OU like below option
